Terms & Agreement

These terms and conditions apply in full to HELP ME RHONDA CONCIERGE SERVICE.
It is the responsibility of the Client to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. The Client’s request of services from Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service constitutes their acceptance of Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service Terms & Conditions.

All concierge services are based on a flat hourly rate. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. There is a minimum of one hour charged for all concierge and errand services. We service areas within a 15-mile radius from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg, TN. For areas outside of this radius, each additional mile will be charged at the current IRS Mileage rate.

Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service requests a minimum of (1) week’s advance notice for larger group services and a minimum of 72 hours for smaller services, but we understand that emergencies come up. Give us a call and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Services requested with less than the minimum advance notice, on and/or during holidays, on weekends or outside of normal business hours (Monday- Friday 8a.m. – 5p.m.) are subject to availability and will incur an additional $25 charge.

Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service is not responsible for products and/or vendors not available at the requested time of service. If the tasks involve Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service picking up an item(s) from a third party, vendor, THEN it is the Client’s responsibility to prepay or ensure third party acceptance of payment from Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service. Rescheduling the service for when the products and/or services are available will considered a new service with the same minimum one hour requirement. If specialty services are required, additional fees may apply. Help Me Rhonda Concierge Services is fully insured and bonded for your safety and ours.

Payment is due upon and before the completion of services. We accept cash, debit, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as payment.

Errand running services include all services that involve personal errand running, on location and cannot be handled over the phone or internet. For requests beyond what is covered by concierge requests, the charge will be billed hourly or on a per request basis. Hourly rate does not include the cost of products or services requested by the Client. Expenses incurred by Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service will be the responsibility of the Client. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to the following: Charges from vendors (3rd parties), mileage, parking and processing fees.

There will be no refunds for services that are rendered, with the exception there was an error committed by HMR Concierge Service. There will also be no refunds for purchases made on your behalf. When you ask for our representatives to make a purchase on your behalf, we will not be held accountable, liable, or responsible should the product or service(s) you are purchasing not meet the expectations you had in mind. We will make every effort to inspect all goods and services prior to delivery.

Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service knows how important privacy is to you and is committed to honoring your privacy. We are committed to providing you complete confidentiality. We will not sell or exchange your information. All information provided by the Client, including, but not limited to, credit card/debit card information, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses, will be gathered for the sole purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered.

At the User’s/Client’s request, Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service may purchase items or service either over the internet, on the phone or in person from a third party vendor with the User’s/Client’s credit/debit card. In the event that the User/Client need Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service to make purchases for the User/Client, the User/Client will be asked for the credit/debit card to be used for those charges. Such authorization may be either orally or in writing. Any request over $100 must be by email, fax or other written authorization. HMR Concierge Service shall not purchase any item on behalf of the User/Client from a third party unless first authorized to do so by User/Client. Help Me Rhonda Concierge Services does not warrant or stand behind any purchases or services made on the User’s/Client’s behalf. Hell Me Rhonda Concierge Service is merely acting to facilitate the purchase or service and all disputes with charges need to be addressed to your Credit/Debit Card Company or merchant. All invoices, shipping information, etc., will be sent directly to User’s/Client’s email address.

Recommendations of third-party vendors are at your own risk and Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service shall not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction from any services or merchandise. The decision to use any third party vendor is totally your own, and is only a recommendation by us and holds no guarantees for satisfaction. We use all reasonable endeavors to monitor the goods and/or services provided by our service partners but we cannot accept responsibility for any loss. You shall require seeking compensation for any loss or damage suffered directly from the service partner. Any complaints, refunds, etc., should be directed to the specific vendor and/or service partner and not to Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service.

Occasionally a task is requested that is outside of our scope of services. If we are able to easily determine this, then we will let the client know immediately and if possible, provide a referral to someone who can help the client. In this case, the client will not be charged. The client will only be charged for work that was completed. Help Me Rhonda Concierge Services will not be held accountable, liable or financially responsible for any inaccurate information provided.

Help Me Rhonda Concierge reserves the right to refuse service for any reason that we consider dangerous, unsafe, unsuitable, illegal, or unethical.

Client’s must provide access or arrangements be made to allow Help Me Rhonda Concierge to access the home, business, or residence where service is to be provided. If for any reason, Help Me Rhonda Concierge Service cannot gain access, and/or no arrangement is not available to accept delivery, the full charge will be assessed to the client. Clients may choose an option of a key safe to arrange for service access or arranging for key pick up and drop off if the client is not available. If repeat delivery attempts are necessary, each will be charged as a separate errand, and the one-hour minimum fee will re-apply.

Service(s) scheduled with less than 1 weeks notice, may incur a convenience fee of $25.00, to accommodate necessary scheduling changes. Services canceled without prior notice may result in the full price of service(s) being charged.
